The information (including the personal information) collected in this Program shall be identifiable to me (including name of the Company on whose behalf the entry is submitted). Such information shall be used and processed by Deloitte Entities (defined herein below) or other third parties, in connection with this Program or such studies, analyses, or services (collectively “Purpose”) with and/or without such Information that identifies me shared under this Competition. Deloitte Entities shall mean Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP (“Deloitte”) and its network member firms in India.
Deloitte may retain a copy of the relevant information for as long as necessary to comply with applicable laws or professional standards.
The Programme and the questionnaire in the application form are the proprietary property of Deloitte.
Deloitte shall have the right to disclose such information as may be required by law.
No Deloitte Entities shall be responsible for any loss whatsoever sustained by any Participant and/or third party for any reason.
Deloitte reserves the right to withdraw, modify, and/or discontinue the Programme at any time it wishes to.
